Over the Summer months, Christopher Ellis and the Ghetto Youths family have been busy touring cities along the west coast of America as part of the highly accredited Ghetto Youths tour. Having performed to crowds reaching well into their 10,000s in stadiums and arenas all over America, Christopher Ellis is scheduled to return home and perform to a much more intimate crowd at London's Jazz Cafe in the last week of September.
With his debut EP on the verge of its release and the success of the collective's Set Up Shop album, this show being held on Saturday 28th September 2013 promises to be one that is full of surprises and brand new material. If last year's show was anything to go by, you can expect a night which entails singing in yard style, reminiscing on Alton Ellis classics, and the showcasing of a natural homegrown talent.
With the venue itself holding a very special place in Christopher's heart as it was the last stage to be graced with his father's presence, this night is bound to be another one to remember and one that Christopher looks forward to sharing with you all. Tickets will be priced at a very reasonable £12 and will be available for purchase online via Ticketmaster from midnight.
